Fare Potee:
Heaven for those who like to eat!

The Fare Potee is our bar-restaurant - well known for its fine cuisine, where you will enjoy a fresh breakfast each morning (included in the price of lodging). We also offer a choice of other dining options: lunch, sandwiches, dinner, cocktails. Half board option is available (see prices). The Fare Potee is located in the middle of our tropical garden and overlooks the lagoon where you will be able to enjoy our excellent local and European music selection.

All of our dishes (appetizers, entrees and desserts) are homemade and prepared fresh daily. We hand-pick fresh fruit and vegetables daily from our garden: uru, taro, mango, papaya, guava, pomegranate, pineapple, coconut, pamplemousse, etc. Also, we‘re very fortunate to have fresh fish delivered directly from our local fishermen. We import our meat from New Zealand.

Our cuisine is a combination of local and European recipes made from fresh and mostly organic foods. Some examples: tuna tartar, pineapple and seafood salad, fish filet breaded with grated coconut, uru and taro chips, fish with a creamy vanilla sauce... The list is “mouth-wateringly” long!

We use local spices and ingredients, like the world famous Polynesian vanilla, which gives a unique taste to some of our recipes. We also produce our own coconut milk and grated coconut using a traditional method that gives a delicious taste you won‘t forget anytime soon!
